Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Prosperous Launch Suite, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and controlling activity performed through your account or workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing, billing interval, and terms displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Plan features, usage allowances, and pricing may change prospectively with reasonable notice where required.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content, branding, offers, images, claims, forms, consent language, and other materials you publish through the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
Lead collection and marketing compliance
You are responsible for determining the notices, disclosures, consent, recordkeeping, licensing, advertising, telemarketing, email, privacy, and industry requirements that apply to your funnels and follow-up activity. Prosperous Launch Suite provides software tools and does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive practices, malicious software, infringement, unauthorized data collection, abusive content, or activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting providers, email services, storage systems, or integrations. Third-party outages, policies, or service changes may affect certain features.
Intellectual property
Prosperous Launch Suite, its software, interface, templates, branding, documentation, and related proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to customers.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, material breach, unlawful conduct, abuse of the service, or other violations of these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, business result, regulatory outcome, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prosperous Launch Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Any additional liability limitations should be finalized with counsel for the entity operating the product.
Governing terms
Governing law, venue, dispute-resolution terms, and the legal name of the operating entity should be inserted here after legal review.
